You ski a handful of days a year and love it far more than that number suggests, and you have almost no footage of any of it. This is not a cinema rig. It is the camera already on your face when the good run happens.

Before you leave
Charge them and put the card in. Format the card in the goggles, and not on a computer. Press the button once indoors and play the clip back on your phone, so your first go at the wifi happens somewhere warm.

On the hill
Press once at the top and press again at the bottom. A charge is about half an hour at 4K, so record the runs you want and leave it off in between. Keep the goggles on your face when you stop. Pushing any goggle onto your forehead is what fogs it, and it keeps the cell warmer too.

When you get down
Join the goggles wifi from your phone and pull the day off before you reach the car. Clear the card overnight. Wipe the lens with the bag, not with a glove, which is how lenses get scratched.

Open the buckle, the lens comes out, a new one goes in. No tools. Mirrored for bright days, something lighter for flat light and falling snow.
Charges over USB-C
The cable in the box is USB-C, so it is probably one you already carry. A full charge gives you about half an hour at 4K, or about two hours at 1080p.

You can describe your best run to someone. The light, and the way the trees opened up where you did not expect them to. You cannot show it to them. What quality does it record?

Any goggle fogs when you push it onto your forehead at a stop, because your body heat hits a cold lens. Keep them on your face and vented and you will be fine. The lens is anti-fog treated, the frame is vented, and the lens pops out if you want to swap it.
What about the battery in the cold?

About half an hour of recording at 4K on a full charge, or about two hours at 1080p, and proper cold takes a bite out of both. That sounds short until you count it in runs. You press at the top and press again at the bottom, so one charge covers a morning of the runs you came for. Keep them on your face between runs and the cell stays nearer body temperature.
