Before you order
Need them for a trip on a fixed date? Tell us the date and the country before you order. We pack in 2 to 5 days and shipping takes 5 to 21 days, and we will tell you whether it makes it. We would rather lose the sale than ruin your week.
Not sure they will fit over your helmet? Tell us which helmet you wear and we will talk it through with you.
Want to know more about the camera? Ask us anything. It records 4K at 30 frames a second, gives you about half an hour of 4K per charge or about two hours at 1080p, and charges over USB-C.
After you order
Have your order number ready and we can look it up straight away.
Returns: you have 30 days from delivery, unused and in the original box, with no restocking fee. Email us first and we will send the return address. Please do not post anything back before you hear from us, because unannounced returns are hard to match to an order.
Something wrong with them? Send a photo. If they are faulty or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost.
