These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from it. By ordering, you agree to them. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we email you to say your order has been dispatched, not when you click pay.
We can decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the item is out of stock, if we spot a pricing error, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we do, we refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency where we can and are converted from pounds sterling. The rate can move between browsing and paying.
We try hard to price and describe things accurately. If an obvious error slips through, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.
The product
The goggles are consumer snow goggles with a camera built into the frame. They are for recreational use.
Specifications we publish come from the manufacturer. Where we have not been able to confirm a figure in writing, we leave it off the page rather than estimate it. If a detail matters to your decision, email us and we will tell you what we actually know.
Filming other people
The product records video and audio. Where and what you may record is your responsibility, not ours. Rules differ by country and by resort, and some places restrict recording in lift queues, lessons, changing areas and around children. Please use it sensibly and follow local law.
Safety
Snow goggles protect your eyes from glare, wind and spray. They are not a helmet and they are not a substitute for one. Ski within your ability and follow the rules of the piste.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
Our content
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use. You are welcome to share links.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, which includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for business losses, since this product is sold for personal use.
Events outside our control
If something genuinely beyond our control delays your order, such as extreme weather, strikes or a carrier failure, we will tell you and either extend the timeline or refund you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
